Privacy Policy
Daymirror helps you compare planned and actual time and manage activities, routines, to-dos, and notes. This policy describes the information the app uses and how it is stored.
Information the app uses
- The titles, activities, start and end times, time zones, notes, and links in your plans and actual entries.
- Activity names, colors, icons, archive status, and routine contents.
- To-do and note text, assigned dates, completion and pinned status, and linked plans.
- Planner preferences such as displayed hours, time zone, and the first day of the week.
- Local display preferences, recent selections, and unfinished input drafts.
Sync also uses random record and installation identifiers, revision timestamps and relationships, pending uploads, and download checkpoints. A local iCloud account identifier prevents existing records from being uploaded to a different account. These are not advertising identifiers or hardware serial numbers. The app uses this information for your schedule, comparisons, search, editing, recovery, and sync. Search and comparisons run on your device.
Your device and iCloud
Records are saved to your device first and remain available offline. Unsent changes wait locally for a later sync. When your device's iCloud account and iCloud access for Daymirror are available, Apple CloudKit synchronizes records and planner preferences across devices using the same account, through your private iCloud database.
Daymirror does not require a separate app account and does not request or store your Apple Account password. The app does not send your schedules, to-dos, or notes to a Hiorio-operated server. Apple's services are subject to the Apple Privacy Policy and iCloud Terms.
Advertising and permissions
The app has no advertising, advertising tracking, or third-party behavioral analytics SDK. It does not access contacts, the photo library, camera, microphone, Health data, or precise location. Automatic time zone uses the device's time-zone setting, not GPS.
Apple remote notifications tell the app that sync records changed. Daymirror does not put schedule titles or note text in these notifications. Apple's own service diagnostics and usage information follow Apple's settings and policies.
Retention and deletion
Deleting an item removes it from the current schedule or list. Earlier revisions, including previous titles and text, may remain on your devices and in iCloud. Daymirror keeps revision history to synchronize changes and recover conflicts. The current app does not automatically purge this history after a fixed period.
Deleting an item, uninstalling the app, and disabling iCloud are different actions. Uninstalling or disabling iCloud does not erase data in iCloud or local copies on other devices. Reinstalling can download data that remains in iCloud. Device backups may also contain copies.
Access and export
Daymirror 1.0 (build 12) provides a JSON export in Settings → data management. The file includes the saved plans, actual entries, routines, activities, to-dos, notes, planner settings, revision history, and cached drafts available locally on the exporting device. It may contain earlier titles and text from edited or deleted items. The export excludes opaque iCloud account identifiers and server change tokens.
This is a local snapshot, not confirmation that every iCloud record or another device's unsynced changes has been downloaded. Unsaved editor state that has not reached the draft cache is excluded. Daymirror does not currently import these files or offer one-click restoration. The file is saved or shared to the destination you choose and is not sent to Hiorio automatically. You are responsible for the exported copies you keep or share. Export instructions.
Removing all copies
To remove current records and earlier revisions, follow the complete deletion instructions: first remove the app and its local data from every device, including old Mac installations, then delete Daymirror data using your Apple Account's iCloud storage controls. Reinstall only after the old copies have been handled and the iCloud deletion has taken effect. Offline devices, earlier backups, and exported files require separate attention; restoring them can bring old data back. There is no in-app action that remotely clears every device and all revision history.
Hiorio cannot directly read or remotely erase your private CloudKit database through developer administration. Actions on that database must be performed under your Apple Account. For guidance, contact support@hiorio.com. The current app has safeguards that stop re-upload when previously synced server history is removed, but these safeguards do not remotely erase devices or replace the all-device cleanup procedure.
Support and policy updates
If you contact support, the contact information, explanation, and files you choose to send are used to handle your request. Support correspondence is separate from the private records in your app and may remain in the support mailbox. You can request deletion of correspondence by emailing the same address. Do not send your Apple Account password, private schedule, or sensitive notes when they are unnecessary to explain an issue.
This page is hosted on GitHub Pages. Visiting it involves the hosting provider's normal request processing under GitHub's privacy statement. These pages do not add analytics or tracking scripts. Policy changes will appear on this page with an updated date.

앱이 사용하는 정보
- 계획과 실제 기록의 제목, 활동, 시작·종료 시각, 시간대, 메모와 연결 정보
- 활동 이름·색상·아이콘·보관 상태와 루틴 내용
- 할 일과 메모의 본문, 지정 날짜, 완료·고정 상태, 연결된 계획
- 표시 시간, 시간대, 한 주의 시작 요일 등 플래너 설정
- 기기에 저장하는 화면 설정, 최근 선택과 미완료 입력 초안
동기화에는 임의로 생성한 기록·설치 식별자, 변경 시각과 이력 연결, 전송 대기 상태와 수신 위치도 사용합니다. 기기에 저장하는 iCloud 계정 식별자는 다른 계정에 기존 기록이 전송되는 것을 막습니다. 광고 식별자나 하드웨어 일련번호가 아닙니다. 이 정보는 일정 표시, 시간 비교, 검색, 편집, 복구와 동기화에 사용하며 검색과 시간 비교 계산은 기기에서 수행합니다.
기기와 iCloud 저장
기록은 먼저 기기에 저장되어 오프라인에서도 사용할 수 있습니다. 보내지 못한 변경은 기기에 남아 나중에 동기화됩니다. 기기의 iCloud 계정과 Daymirror의 iCloud 사용이 가능하면 같은 계정의 비공개 CloudKit 데이터베이스를 통해 기록과 플래너 설정을 다른 기기와 동기화합니다.
별도의 Daymirror 회원가입은 없으며 Apple 계정 비밀번호를 요청하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 앱은 일정·할 일·메모를 Hiorio 운영 서버로 보내지 않습니다. Apple 서비스에는 Apple 개인정보처리방침과 iCloud 이용 약관이 적용됩니다.
광고와 기기 접근
앱에는 광고, 광고 추적, 제3자 사용행동 분석 SDK가 없습니다. 연락처, 사진 보관함, 카메라, 마이크, 건강 정보나 정밀 위치에 접근하지 않습니다. 자동 시간대는 GPS 대신 기기의 시간대 설정을 사용합니다.
동기화 기록이 바뀌었음을 알기 위해 Apple 원격 알림을 사용합니다. 이 알림에 일정 제목이나 메모 본문을 넣지 않습니다. Apple 서비스의 진단·이용 정보 처리는 Apple의 설정과 정책에 따릅니다.
보관과 삭제
항목을 삭제하면 현재 시간표나 목록에서는 사라지지만, 이전 제목·본문 등이 포함된 변경 이력은 기기와 iCloud에 남을 수 있습니다. Daymirror는 동기화와 충돌 복구를 위해 변경 이력을 보관하며 현재 일정 기간 뒤 이력을 자동으로 지우지 않습니다.
개별 항목 삭제, 앱 제거, iCloud 사용 중지는 서로 다릅니다. 앱을 제거하거나 iCloud를 끄더라도 iCloud 데이터와 다른 기기의 로컬 사본이 모두 지워지지는 않습니다. 다시 설치하면 iCloud에 남은 기록을 받을 수 있고 기기 백업에도 사본이 남을 수 있습니다.
열람과 내보내기
Daymirror 1.0(빌드 12)부터 설정의 데이터 관리에서 JSON 파일을 내보낼 수 있습니다. 내보내는 기기에 저장된 계획·실제·루틴·활동·할 일·메모·플래너 설정, 변경 이력과 저장된 입력 초안을 담습니다. 수정하거나 삭제한 항목의 이전 제목과 본문도 포함될 수 있습니다. iCloud 계정의 내부 식별자와 서버 수신 위치 토큰은 제외합니다.
이 파일은 해당 기기의 저장 내용을 담은 사본이며, iCloud의 모든 기록이나 다른 기기의 미동기화 내용까지 수신했다는 확인은 아닙니다. 초안 저장소에 아직 반영되지 않은 편집 중 내용은 제외됩니다. 현재 파일을 다시 가져오거나 한 번에 복원하는 기능은 없습니다. 파일은 사용자가 선택한 위치에 저장·공유되며 Hiorio로 자동 전송되지 않습니다. 보관하거나 공유한 내보내기 사본은 사용자가 관리해야 합니다. 내보내기 안내.
모든 사본 제거
현재 기록과 이전 변경 이력을 지우려면 전체 삭제 안내를 따라 먼저 모든 기기에서 앱과 로컬 데이터를 제거한 뒤, 본인의 Apple 계정에 있는 iCloud 저장 공간 관리에서 Daymirror 데이터를 삭제하세요. 과거 Mac 앱도 포함하며, 이전 사본을 모두 정리하고 iCloud 삭제가 반영된 뒤 재설치해야 합니다. 오프라인 기기, 이전 백업과 내보낸 파일은 별도 관리가 필요하고 복원하면 이전 내용이 다시 나타날 수 있습니다. 앱 안에서 모든 기기와 과거 이력을 한 번에 원격 삭제하는 기능은 없습니다.
Hiorio는 개발자 관리 도구로 사용자의 비공개 CloudKit 데이터베이스 내용을 직접 읽거나 원격 삭제할 수 없습니다. 해당 작업은 본인의 Apple 계정에서 수행해야 합니다. 도움이 필요하면 support@hiorio.com으로 문의해 주세요. 현재 앱에는 이전에 동기화한 서버 이력이 삭제되면 재업로드를 멈추는 보호 장치가 있지만, 다른 기기의 데이터를 원격 삭제하거나 모든 기기의 정리 절차를 대신하지는 않습니다.
문의와 방침 변경
문의 시 사용자가 보내는 연락처, 설명과 파일은 요청 처리에 사용합니다. 지원 이메일은 앱의 비공개 기록과 별개이며 지원 메일함에 남을 수 있습니다. 문의 내용 삭제는 같은 이메일 주소로 요청할 수 있습니다. 오류 설명에 필요하지 않은 Apple 계정 비밀번호, 개인 일정과 민감한 메모는 보내지 마세요.
